Jody and his excellent team recently carried out our first floor extension. From our first contact with him to completion the service was first class. His crew were very polite throughout and every effort was made to keep everything clean and tidy.As with any project, problems were encountered during the build and we also made several changes and additions anlong the way, but nothing was too much trouble for Jody and his crew. Charges for the “extras” were very reasonable as indeed was the original quotation. We would recommend Jody Cuthbert to anyone who requires a good job for a fair price.

We recently decided to have a loft conversion to our bungalow. Jody did a site survey and clearly told us what was and was not possible. Once the work started, if we ever had any questions at all Jody was on hand to help us and he inspired confidence with his knowledge of this type of work. His estimates of cost were accurate and we are very pleased with the finished result.

Mr Jody Cuthbert was the Project Manager for the building of my kitchen extension at the above address. The work was carried out over three months between the end of March and the end of June 2007. He gave clear information regarding the stages of the build prior to the work commencing and throughout each stage of the project.

He made regular site visits to ensure the work was progressing as planned and he was always accessible, if not by personally visiting, then by telephone, to answer any questions I had or to give advise when I asked for it.

He has a very professional and approachable manner. I was very pleased with his services and would not hesitate to use them again.
