Jody converted the loft of our bungalow during 2005, he was very attentive, gave good explanations as to what work he was going to carry out, when he would start and what the disruption would be like. He had good suggestions as to what would work best for us at a reasonable rate. He was always at the end of a phone and happy to talk about whatever was troubling me.
