Jody Cuthbert of 37 Lime Tree Avenue, Worthing, project managed a loft conversion on my bungalow in 2006.

His expertise in dealing with everyone concerned from the architect to all the various trades, made this project totally stress free for ourselves.

From the very beginning he contacted the architects for us to arrange drawings, and also contacted every tradesman involved to ensure that they arrived on site on time and that the work was carried out to our satisfaction, also that things were left tidy at the end of each day. We were so pleased that we also asked Jody to do many additional things downstairs for us.

Everything went like clock work, and we felt that the cost was exceptionally good value for money and we now have three further bedrooms and a bathroom, for our children and grandchildren to use when they come and visit.

Jody was always very courteous and Professional and was always available to troubleshoot any problems which arose.

We were very pleased with the work carried out and our recommendations provided him with at least six further projects
